I’m an Austin-based digital marketer helping businesses find their authentic voice, image, and vision. In a world overflowing with overly curated, artificial content, I believe the brands that are winning are the ones that are keeping it real. Customers crave authenticity—and so do I.

After years in the corporate FinTech grind (hello fluorescent lighting and “circling back”), I found myself creatively stifled, chronically unwell, and soulfully misaligned. My holistic healing journey led me away from boardrooms and into bamboo and banana groves on the Big Island of Hawai’i, where I lived off-grid, completed two farming apprenticeships, and coached clients on nutrition and circadian health. Eventually, I missed flexing my leadership skills and strategic business muscles, so I re-entered the grid and built and led a marketing team at one of Hawai’i’s top agritourism farms.

Today, I bring a seasoned blend of business acumen, wellness wisdom, and a dash (or several heaping cups, if that’s your vibe) of comedy to my clients’ projects. My sweet spot is working with companies rooted in health & wellness, sustainable agriculture, and local food systems.
