In Rhythm is a brand that focuses on supporting biological coherence through circadian friendly lighting products and health coaching. As a circadian and quantum biology trained health coach, I loved designing coaching client materials and instagram posts for In Rhythm.
My background in health coaching gave me the necessary perspective of ensuring informational documentation was clear and easy-to-digest, especially for someone on a difficult healing journey. It was essential to find the right balance of information and graphics while maintaining In Rhythm’s sensual and high-value aesthetic.
